To receive and consider my inquiry, questionnaire, application for a service, booking, purchase, partnership, project participation, or vacancy; to contact me through the chosen channel; to prepare a response or proposal; and to take steps at my request before entering into a contract.
2. Data
Name; telephone number; email address, username or another contact I provide; organization, city, role and professional information where required by the selected form; inquiry content and questionnaire answers; selected service or initiative; submission date, page and technical identifier. I undertake not to submit special-category data, biometric or passport data, or third-party data through a general form without a lawful basis.
3. Operations and Method
Collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage in Russia, updating, retrieval, use, provision to Russian hosting, CRM and communications processors acting on the operator's instructions, blocking, deletion and destruction; automated, manual and mixed processing. Public dissemination is not authorized.
4. Term
This consent remains valid until its purpose is achieved, but for no longer than one year after the last substantive interaction, unless a contract is entered into or another lawful basis arises. After a contract is entered into, necessary data is processed under the contract and the law for their prescribed periods.
5. Withdrawal
Consent may be withdrawn by emailing info@narayana.center with the subject “Withdrawal of Consent”. Include your name, the contact used, and enough information to identify the relevant submission. The operator will stop processing and delete the data within the statutory period unless another legal basis requires retention.
6. Evidence
Consent is evidenced by the combination of the checkbox, form submission, time, text version, page address and application identifier. If the box is not checked, consent is absent and submission is blocked.
